Epoxy repair mortar is a two-component, solvent-free repair system used where standard cementitious mortars don't have the compressive strength, chemical resistance, or bond strength the application demands — structural concrete repair on heavily loaded elements, industrial floor reinstatement, chemical plant repair, and underwater or submerged concrete restoration.
At the compressive strengths epoxy mortars develop — typically 60 MPa and above — the repair zone matches or exceeds the parent concrete, making the repaired section structurally equivalent rather than a patched weak point. Combined with near-zero permeability and resistance to oils, fuels, and aggressive chemicals, epoxy repair mortars are specified where the environment or load intensity rules out standard polymer-modified alternatives.
ADT Industries stocks epoxy repair mortars from Sika and Fosroc — covering floor repair, structural reinstatement, crack sealing, and underwater repair grades for demanding construction and industrial applications across India.
