Repair mortar is a polymer-modified, cementitious material used to restore concrete surfaces damaged by spalling, honeycombing, carbonation, or physical impact — applied on columns, beams, slabs, and walls where the concrete substrate has deteriorated and needs structural or cosmetic reinstatement.
Standard cement-sand mixes shrink, crack, and debond from the existing substrate. Polymer-modified repair mortars don't — they are formulated for high adhesion to existing concrete, low shrinkage, and compressive strength that matches or exceeds the parent structure. For spalling concrete on a column face, a corroded beam soffit, or a floor slab with surface defects, the right repair mortar restores both structural integrity and surface finish without the repair failing prematurely.
ADT Industries stocks repair mortars from Sika and Fosroc — covering hand-applied and flowable grades for concrete repair, patch work, and structural surface restoration across India.
