ESSRBOND PU 40 — Single-Component Hybrid Polyurethane Sealant for Movement and Construction Joints
ESSRBOND PU 40 is an elastic, single-component, moisture-curing, non-sag, gun-grade hybrid polyurethane elastomeric sealant from ESSRBOND, manufactured by Chemische Global in India. Designed for sealing expansion and control joints in construction and automotive applications, it delivers excellent adhesion to most construction and industrial materials, permanently elastic performance across a wide temperature range, and high UV and weather resistance. Compliant with ASTM C920 and manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The hybrid PU base gives it the flexibility of polyurethane with improved elongation and chemical resistance — with an elongation at break exceeding 650%. Available in white, black, and grey in 600 ml aluminium foil sausages.
