Fosroc Auramix BCI is a blend-based corrosion inhibitor admixture from Fosroc Chemicals India — designed to be incorporated into fresh concrete at the batching stage to protect embedded steel reinforcement from chloride-initiated and carbonation-induced corrosion throughout the service life of the structure. Part of Fosroc's trusted Auramix admixture family, BCI uses a proprietary inorganic nitrite-based corrosion inhibitor system that creates a passive protective layer on the steel surface, delaying corrosion onset and extending the service life of structures exposed to aggressive environments. Specified for infrastructure, marine, and industrial projects where durability is a design requirement.
