ESSRBOND GS 500 is a polyurethane (PU) injection grout from Essrbond — a single-component, hydrophilic polyurethane system designed to stop active water leakage through cracks, construction joints, and porous zones in concrete structures. When injected into a water-bearing crack, GS 500 reacts with moisture and expands to form a dense, flexible foam that permanently seals the void and stops water ingress. Unlike rigid epoxy injection systems that require dry cracks, GS 500 works in the presence of water — in fact, water activates and accelerates the curing reaction, making it ideal for emergency crack sealing in basements, tunnels, underground structures, and retaining walls.
