ESSRBOND PG101 Self-Levelling Polysulphide Sealant for Pavement Joints ( 6.5 kg * 2 pcs)
Horizontal joints in roads and pavements can't be sealed by hand with a stiff material, because it won't fill the joint evenly and the surface stays uneven under traffic. They need a sealant that pours in and levels itself. ESSRBOND PG101 from ESSRBOND is the self-levelling polysulphide made for exactly those horizontal control and expansion joints.
It's a two-component, pourable polysulphide resin sealant. You mix the two parts and pour it into the joint, where it self-levels and cures into a tough, watertight, elastic seal that moves with the joint. It bonds well to concrete, stone and metal, resists chemicals and UV, and meets BS 5212 Type FB for fuel and flame resistance, which is what makes it suitable for the cold-applied rigid pavement joints covered by MORTH road and bridge specifications.
That puts it on horizontal control and expansion joints in rigid pavements, roads and bridges, and on heavily trafficked floor joints and areas under hydrostatic pressure. It handles moderate joint movement, recovers well after compression, and stays serviceable through outdoor exposure and thermal cycling.
For horizontal road and pavement joints that have to seal flush and resist fuel, ESSRBOND PG101 is the self-levelling polysulphide that pours in and holds.
