ESSRBOND PG 101 — Two-Component Pour-Grade Polysulphide Sealant for Pavements, Roads, and Floor Joints
ESSRBOND PG 101 is a high-performance, self-levelling, chemical-resistant elastomeric joint sealant from ESSRBOND, based on polysulfide polymer. It is designed for pouring or gunning into horizontal joints in roads, pavements, airport aprons, potable water structures, floor joints in buildings, and bridges. Once poured and cured, it forms a permanently flexible, resilient seal that resists chemicals, shrinkage, ageing, thermal stress, and outdoor exposure — with excellent recovery after extended compression or elongation. Compliant with BS 5212:1990 Type FB (Fuel and Flame resistant) for rigid pavement joints, meets MORTH specifications for road and bridge work, and additionally meets BS-6920 for use in contact with potable water. Service life of 20 years or more when correctly applied. Available in grey in 4 kg and 6 kg packs.
