A vehicle body flexes, vibrates and gets hit with weather, fuels and washdown chemicals every day, so the sealant bonding and sealing its panels has to hold through all of that without cracking or letting go. ESSRBOND PU 45 from ESSRBOND is the polyurethane sealant built for that job, made specifically for bonding and sealing vehicle body assemblies.

It's a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane based on silane cure technology, gunned on and cured non-sag, that sets into a flexible, resilient seal. It bonds to a wide variety of substrates and, once cured, stands up to the mechanical stress of a body that's constantly flexing and to the chemicals and fuels a vehicle meets in service. That combination of grip, flexibility and resistance is what keeps the seam sealed over the life of the body.
