ESSRBOND PU 45 — One-Component Automotive-Grade Polyurethane Sealant for Vehicle Body Assembly
ESSRBOND PU 45 is a one-component, moisture-curing, non-sag, gun-grade polyurethane elastomeric sealant from ESSRBOND, based on pioneering silane cure technology. Developed specifically for vehicle body assemblies, it cures to form a flexible, resilient seal with adhesion to a wide range of substrates and excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. The isocyanate-free and solvent-free formulation is virtually odourless, bubble-free, and non-corrosive — making it suitable for both automotive production environments and general construction joints where a paintable, UV-stable sealant is needed. Available in white and black in 600 ml aluminium foil sausages.
