Feviseal HY 100 is a one-component, moisture-curing, low-modulus silyl modified polymer sealant from Dr. Fixit, manufactured by Pidilite Industries. It is a new-generation isocyanate-free and solvent-free formulation that combines the mechanical flexibility of polyurethane with the surface tolerance of silicone — bonding to damp substrates without a primer on most common construction surfaces. Designed for sealing expansion joints, construction joints, and joints between dissimilar materials in high-rise buildings, basements, precast panels, and flooring applications. Compliant with ISO 11600 Type F25LM, ASTM C920 Type S Grade NS Class 25 NT, and BS 5212-1:1990. Available in 600 ml sausage packs.
