Ascolite Fixobond PU is a Type 5 two-component polyurethane resin adhesive classified R2 T E S2, the highest tier in the Ascolite range. Like all PU adhesives, it bonds tile and stone to substrates that cement-based adhesives can't touch — metal, plywood, cement board, engineered stone, waterproof membranes, and existing finishes. The S2 high-deformability rating handles extreme movement and vibration. For moisture-sensitive marble that warps with water-based adhesives, or substrates that reject cementitious bonds, Fixobond PU is the solution.
