Fosroc Nitoflor Hardtop from Fosroc is the floor hardener built for that level of wear, worked into the slab while the concrete is fresh.

It's a factory-blended powder of very hard wearing aggregates, cement and additives, where the aggregate runs at around 8 on the Mohs hardness scale. Spread dry onto the fresh concrete and troweled in, it cures monolithically with the slab, so there's no separate layer to curl or delaminate the way a bonded screed does. That surface improves the abrasion resistance of the floor by at least 300 percent over plain concrete, giving a dense, non-porous, hard-wearing top.
