Nitoseal PU40 is a one-part, low-modulus, gun-grade elastomeric sealant from Fosroc Chemicals India, based on polyurethane technology. Designed for sealing joints in concrete, brickwork, blockwork, precast panels, stone cladding, perimeter joints around doors and windows, and non-trafficked floor joints, it accommodates movement of up to 25% MAF while maintaining continuous adhesion without primer on most substrates. Compliant with ISO 11600:2002 Type F 25LM, ASTM C920-95 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, and US Fed Spec TT-S-00230a Type II, Grade NS, Class 25 — making it a specification-grade product for architects and site engineers who need a documented performance standard. Available in a range of colours in 600 ml sachets.
