Nitoseal PU50 is a single-component, non-sag, medium-modulus, moisture-cure polyurethane hybrid joint sealant from Fosroc Chemicals India. Formulated with a unique silane-terminated polyurethane polymer, it delivers performance that standalone polyurethane sealants cannot match in high-movement or damp-surface conditions. With a MAF of up to 50%, it handles the most demanding dynamic joints — wide expansion joints, trafficked floor joints, damp surfaces, and joints subject to intermittent water immersion. Durable, non-shrink, non-staining, and primerless for most applications. Available in grey and white in 600 ml sachets.
