"Extrofix" means external fixing — and the C2 T E S1 classification tells you this adhesive is built for the toughest tiling conditions: facade cladding, external walls, balcony floors, podium decks, and any surface exposed to sun, rain, wind, and thermal cycling. The S1 deformability rating means it flexes with the building structure instead of cracking when the facade expands and contracts through India's extreme temperature swings. If the tile is going on the outside of a building, T07 Extrofix is the minimum specification.

How to Apply
- Substrate must be structurally sound, clean, and dampened — exterior concrete or render
- Mix with clean water using a drill mixer until creamy consistency
- Apply using a large notched trowel (10–12 mm notch for exterior cladding)
- Always use the double-butter method for exterior work — adhesive on both substrate and tile back
- Press tile firmly, ensuring minimum 95% contact coverage (no voids behind the tile)
- For facade cladding above 3 metres height, use mechanical restraints in addition to adhesive
