Sikaflex-11 FC — One-Component Fast-Curing Polyurethane Elastic Joint Sealant and Adhesive
Sikaflex-11 FC is a one-component, gun-grade, permanently elastic adhesive and sealing compound from Sika India, based on a moisture-cured polyurethane with an accelerated curing time. It meets ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 12.5 for internal and external applications. Its dual-purpose design serves both as an elastic joint sealant and as a construction adhesive, with excellent adhesion to cement-based materials, brick, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, epoxy, polyester, and acrylic resin. The accelerated curing rate — tack free in 1 to 2 hours — is the defining advantage over standard PU sealants, making it the choice for joints that need to return to service quickly. Available in white, grey, and black in 310 ml cartridges and 600 ml foil packs.
