Exterior wall cracks have a harder life than the ones indoors. They sit out in direct sun, take the full swing of heat and rain, and a filler that isn't built for that will chalk, harden and crack along its own edge inside a season. Plenty of crack fillers are fine on a sheltered interior wall and useless once the UV gets to them. Sunanda Polyfill AR is a pure acrylic crack filler paste made to hold up in that exposure, staying flexible and UV resistant so the repair lasts on the surfaces that actually face the weather.

It's ready to use straight from the tub, with no bonding coat and no curing step to manage. You clean the crack, dampen it, and work the paste in with a putty knife or spatula. The paste is drawn into the crack as you fill, so it seats into the depth of the opening instead of bridging the top and leaving a hollow underneath. For cracks deeper than around 10mm you build it up in layers, letting each one dry, which keeps the fill solid all the way down.

Because it's non-shrink and impermeable, it stays put and keeps water out once it has cured, and it dries to a smooth finish you can paint straight over. It bonds well to plaster, concrete, cement sand screeds and IPS, so it works across the usual non-structural crack jobs, from hairline crack repair on a painted interior wall to plaster wall cracks and masonry cracks on an exposed exterior face.
