Fosroc Thioflex 600 Pour Grade Polysulphide Sealant for Horizontal Joints (6.5 kg)

A horizontal joint in a floor, road or pavement can't be sealed with a stiff gun-grade material that won't level out. It needs a sealant that flows into the joint and settles flush so the surface stays even under traffic. Fosroc Thioflex 600 Pour Grade from Fosroc is the pouring-grade polysulphide made for exactly those horizontal joints.

It's the two-component, fuel-resistant polysulphide of the Thioflex 600 range, supplied as a base and curing agent that you mix and pour straight into the joint, where it self-levels and cures to a tough, rubber-like seal. The polysulphide chemistry resists petrol, diesel, aviation fuel and dilute acids and alkalis, so it holds on fuel-exposed pavements, and it accommodates the cyclic movement of the joint without losing grip.

That puts it on horizontal movement joints in civil engineering and building work, floor joints in superstructures and basements, roads, bridges and airfields, and heavily trafficked areas where the seal has to take both movement and wheels. It bonds to most primed substrates and meets BS 4254 and ASTM C920.
